1. These terms
These terms govern your use of the Stowvolt website (the "Site") and any order you place through it. By using the Site you agree to them.
2. Who we are
Stowvolt is operated by Shenzhen Ruiying Automobile Service Co., Ltd. (深圳市瑞英汽车服务有限公司), a company registered in the People's Republic of China under unified social credit code 91440300MA5F695RXN, with registered address at Room 326, Building A6, Yintian Industrial Zone, Yantian Community, Xixiang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China (深圳市宝安区西乡街道盐田社区银田工业区A6栋326). Stowvolt-branded products on this Site are sourced and shipped on a trade-agent basis by Shenzhen Ruiying Automobile Service Co., Ltd. (registered scope: domestic trade agency / trade agency; import & export agency). See §13 for details.
3. Using the site
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send a confirmation. Until then, we may decline an order for any reason. Prices are shown at the time of order.
5. Pricing, currency and taxes
Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties and customs charges that apply in your country are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
6. Custom (made-to-order) items
Products are made to your specification — your chosen colour, uploaded artwork and engraved text. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for having the right to use any artwork you upload. We will send a preview for your approval before production; production begins after you approve it.
7. Shipping
Shipping times and carriers are confirmed at checkout or in your confirmation email. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays or customs holds.
8. Returns and refunds
Because items are made to order, returns are limited. See our Refunds policy for what is covered and how to claim.
9. Your uploads
By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and ship your order. See Privacy for how long we keep it.
10. Intellectual property
The Site, the Stowvolt name and marks, and our designs are our property. Your customised item is yours; we keep no ownership of your uploaded artwork beyond producing your order.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
13. Trade-agent basis for Stowvolt products
Stowvolt-branded products (EV charging cable bags and related EV charging accessories) are sourced from third-party manufacturers and shipped to you on a trade-agent basis by Shenzhen Ruiying Automobile Service Co., Ltd. (registered business scope: domestic trade agency; trade agency; import & export agency; goods/technology import & export). The Stowvolt brand is used by the operator to identify and present these trade-agency goods. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier under the terms stated in your order confirmation.
